Our Story

How Ace of Wingz Took Flight

I’m thrilled to share my journey with you, a journey fueled by passion, perseverance, and a love for great food. It all began in 2021, when I started selling wings right from my apartment. What started as a small venture to share my delicious recipes with friends and family quickly gained popularity. Word spread, and soon enough, I was preparing wings for a growing number of customers, all from my tiny kitchen. It was an exciting time, but also a challenging one, as I learned the ropes of running a food business. In 2022, as demand continued to soar, I realized it was time to take things to the next level. I built a kitchen in my backyard, allowing me to expand my menu and enhance my offerings. This new setup enabled me to embrace online ordering, making it easier for my loyal customers to enjoy their favorite wings from the comfort of their homes. However, the journey wasn’t without its obstacles.

After facing shutdowns at my rental house due to the overwhelming success of my wings, I knew I had to adapt. That’s when I made the leap to purchase a food truck—a decision that opened up new opportunities for me to serve the community and reach even more customers. Finally, in 2023, after years of hard work, determination, and countless trials and tribulations, I was able to realize my dream of opening my very own restaurant. It’s a place where I can share my love for food and create a welcoming environment for everyone who walks through our doors. Through it all, I’ve learned that with faith and resilience, anything is possible. I am grateful for the support of my family, friends, and loyal customers who have believed in me every step of the way. Thank you for being part of this incredible journey!
